As a recent graduate, you can join us as a Technical Support Engineer.  Our graduate program prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle. All graduates will participate in an initial six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the next technologies:

• Oracle Database Administrator 
• Oracle Middleware Software 
• Systems Administrator

Preferred Qualifications

• If you are passionate about top technologies, as Oracle Database/Exadata/Cloud Computing/AI-ML, this is the ideal role you've been waiting for. As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves managing and supporting customer environments in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and provide expert assistance to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of customer environments. You will be part of a learning program that will skill you to be in a specialist level to resolving technical issues, performing system monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs, provide training, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. 
• Reactive support includes helping the customers resolve their critical production issues in the quickest possible way and identify the root cause. Proactive support includes performing technical assessments of customer environments, applied research, advice on product features and usage, providing knowledge transfer sessions, help implement new features and options, etc.

 About You

• Bachelor's degree in the graduating class of 2024 or 2025.
• Degree in Computer Science (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or equivalent.
• Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle.
• Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
