Resumen del Rol:

Responsable de garantizar la máxima disponibilidad y eficiencia de la maquinaria de control numérico computarizado (CNC), con un enfoque especializado en equipos Amada y Haas. Esto incluye el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, el diagnóstico de fallas y la reparación de sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos. Adicionalmente, proporcionará soporte integral para el mantenimiento de las prensas de fabricación.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Mantenimiento Preventivo (MP): Ejecutar programas de MP para toda la maquinaria CNC (Amada y Haas) y prensas, siguiendo las especificaciones del fabricante para asegurar una vida útil prolongada y un rendimiento óptimo.
• Mantenimiento Correctivo: Diagnosticar y reparar fallas de manera eficiente para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de la producción. Esto incluye la detección de errores utilizando equipos de diagnóstico como multímetros y escáneres.
• Especialización en Marcas: Poseer conocimientos profundos en la reparación y mantenimiento de máquinas CNC Amada (ej. punzonadoras, dobladoras, cortadoras láser) y centros de maquinado/tornos Haas.
• Soporte a Prensas: Realizar tareas de mantenimiento (mecánico, hidráulico y eléctrico) en prensas industriales de fabricación.
• Diagnóstico de Fallas: Identificar problemas en componentes mecánicos (husillos, guías lineales), eléctricos (controles, cableado, servomotores), hidráulicos y neumáticos.
• Gestión de Refacciones: Recomendar y, si es necesario, solicitar las refacciones y herramientas requeridas para las reparaciones, gestionando el inventario de componentes críticos.
• Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas, incluyendo reparaciones, inspecciones y piezas utilizadas en su reporte diario.
• Seguridad: Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial, asegurando un entorno de trabajo seguro y el uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal (EPP).
• Colaboración: Coordinar los paros técnicos con el personal de producción y trabajar en equipo para resolver problemas complejos.

Requisitos del Puesto:

• Formación Académica: Carrera técnica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial, específicamente con equipos CNC.
• Conocimientos Técnicos:
• Sólida formación en mecánica, hidráulica, neumática y electricidad industrial.
• Experiencia demostrable con controles y componentes de máquinas Amada y Haas.
• Capacidad para interpretar planos mecánicos, diagramas eléctricos y manuales técnicos.
• Habilidades Blandas: Habilidades de resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad.
• Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad de horario o disponibilidad para rolar turnos, según las necesidades de producción.
