VDC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC scope for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, deadlines, and client requirements
• Plan project BIM activities, deliverables, milestones, and coordination workflows
• Ensure project compliance with KIWE BIM standards, and project specific requirements
• Implement and maintain BEPs, model setup, file structures, and documentation workflows
• Support adherence to naming conventions, coordination procedures, and data exchange protocols
• Manage model health checks, QA/QC reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination efforts
• Oversee project configuration in Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, or ACC
• Identify opportunities to optimize design and coordination workflows using tools such as Dynamo or integrations when appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• 8+ years of professional BIM experience, including: 5+ years full‑time Revit experience, 3+ years supporting or leading BIM scope on industrial/EPC/design‑build projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Docs/ACC
• Experience with Dynamo, Python, C# or similar tools (Desirable)
• Experience developing or implementing BEPs, coordination schedules, model audits, and digital workflows
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• English advanced is a must, minimum B2+
