Sobre el Rol

Buscamos un/a Data Scientist con mentalidad de negocio y foco operativo, residente en México, para unirse a nuestro equipo en jornada completa. Este es un rol estratégico y de alto impacto: tus modelos no se quedarán en análisis teóricos, sino que impactarán directamente decisiones operativas y comerciales reales.

Tu misión será diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar modelos que optimicen la cadena de valor completa: desde predicción de demanda para importaciones, pasando por optimización logística, hasta inteligencia comercial y personalización de la venta final.

Principales Desafíos y Responsabilidades

Desarrollar modelos de forecasting y planeación de demanda para optimizar inventarios y reducir quiebres.

Implementar algoritmos de optimización combinatoria (ruteo, picking, carga 3D de camiones) usando Google OR-Tools.

Crear modelos de segmentación de clientes y recomendación para la fuerza de ventas y App móvil.

Llevar modelos a producción bajo un enfoque MLOps en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Análisis de datos end-to-end con Python y SQL, generando insights accionables.

Requisitos Técnicos

Excluyentes

Python avanzado (Pandas, NumPy).

Machine Learning aplicado (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).

Optimización matemática / Investigación de Operaciones (Google OR-Tools, PuLP, Pyomo).

SQL avanzado.

Experiencia básica/intermedia en GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, App Engine).

Deseables

Herramientas no-code / low-code.

Inglés técnico (lectura de documentación).
