Coordinar y supervisar el flujo de la operación de almacén asegurando buenas prácticas de distribución y de indicadores de eficiencia y precisión, así como interactuando con las diferentes áreas involucradas la ejecución del plan de trabajo diario optimizado y asegurando los recursos necesarios para el cumplimiento de éste.Formar e integrar un equipo de trabajo enfocado a resultados, detectando necesidades de capacitación oportunamente, así como áreas de oportunidad en el ambiente laboral, a fin de cumplir con los resultados esperados en el corto, mediano plazo dentro de un clima sano de trabajo.Responsabilizarse de su seguridad, la de su equipo y compañeros de trabajo, respetando los lineamientos establecidos y/o reportando conductas o condiciones inseguras observadas.Desarrollo propio y de personal, gestión con las diversas áreas involucradas en los procesos propios del almacén.
