Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term
  • relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue quotas by
  • identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • and resolving any disputes or issues promptly.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to secure
  • new business and retain existing clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance,
  • and key metrics; analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product
  • development, and support, to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet both
  • client and company objectives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills for client
  • interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable deals and
  • resolve client issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good 'people skills' for building rapport and working effectively
  • with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple accounts,
  • prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, organize reports and project management.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics,
  • and customer requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • software and other sales tools.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions for
  • clients and their accounts.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track
  • record of achieving targets.

  • Availability to travel: International and local travels around 50% of the time.
  • Education level: Chemical engineer, food engineer, business administration, or similar
  • industrial engineer, marketing among others.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in B2B companies.
  • English level: Proficient.
