FIELD ENGINEER - (AIRES ACONDICIONADOS)

  • Supervisión, instalación y puesta en marcha de los sistemas de aire acondicionado comercial
  • Realizar el reporte de la puesta en marcha como evidencia del estado de los sistemas entregando copia al instalador, usuario final y salesforce
  • Dar soporte al departamento de servicios en la solición de fallas de los equipos comerciales
  • Soporte tecnico a los ejecutivos de venta durante la junta de aclaración y desarrollo de proyectos
  • Capacitación al usuario final respecto al funcionamiento de los equipos comerciales de aire acondicionado
  • Realizar cursos de entrenamiento de solución de fallas a los centros de servicio autorizados
