The Director of Wellness is responsible for overseeing all operations of the spa to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role involves managing the spa team, including therapists and support staff, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the facility. The Director will develop and implement new treatments and services, promote a relaxing and welcoming environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include budgeting and financial management, driving sales and revenue growth, maintaining cleanliness and ambiance, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. The Director will also collaborate with marketing to promote the spa's offerings and ensure the team is well-trained and motivated.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness and customer service, and experience in managing luxury or wellness facilities. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a tranquil and rejuvenating experience for all guests.
