Descripción del rol

Buscamos un
Ingeniero de Puesta en Marcha (Commissioning Engineer)
apasionado por la automatización y el arranque de maquinaria industrial.

Será responsable de realizar pruebas eléctricas, programación de PLC Rockwell, integración de robots FANUC, diagnóstico técnico y puesta en marcha de sistemas de empaque automatizado en plantas de clientes.

El rol implica visitas a clientes, resolución de problemas en sitio y colaboración estrecha con equipos de ingeniería locales e internacionales.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Programación, ajuste y optimización de
    PLC Rockwell (Allen Bradley)
    mediante Ladder y Structured Text.
  • Configuración y manejo de
    servomotores y control de movimiento
    .
  • Programación, calibración y operación de
    robots FANUC
    (DCS, Line Tracking, Mastering).
  • Integración y configuración de interfaces
    HMI con FactoryTalk View ME
    .
  • Ejecución de pruebas FAT/SAT, diagnóstico de fallas y validación del rendimiento del sistema.
  • Lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y neumáticos.
  • Realización de troubleshooting mecánico, eléctrico y de software en sitio.
  • Capacitación técnica a operadores y personal de planta.
  • Elaboración de reportes de servicio y documentación técnica.
  • Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios en México e Italia.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (nacional e internacional).

Requisitos

Técnicos

  • 3+ años de experiencia
    en automatización industrial o puesta en marcha.
  • Programación de PLC Rockwell (Studio 5000, ControlLogix/CompactLogix).
  • Experiencia con servomotores y control de movimiento.
  • Programación de robots
    FANUC
    (Structured Text, DCS, Line Tracking).
  • Conocimiento en HMI FactoryTalk View ME.
  • Experiencia interpretando y modificando diagramas eléctricos.
  • Experiencia previa en FAT, SAT y arranque de maquinaria.

Académicos

  • Licenciatura en Mecatrónica, Automatización, Robótica, Electromecánica o afín.
  • Título indispensable.

Soft Skills

  • Comunicación efectiva con clientes.
  • Proactividad y resolución de problemas.
  • Trabajo en equipo bajo presión.
  • Organización y atención al detalle.
  • Flexibilidad para viajes frecuentes.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).

Deseable

  • Experiencia en industria de empaque, alimentos, maquinaria o automatización.
  • Certificaciones FANUC o Rockwell.
