What will you do:

    • Lead, develop, and engage a team of
      Category Buyers
      , driving both individual and collective performance
  • Manage talent development through
    competency assessments, training plans, staffing, succession planning, and team wellbeing
  • Drive the execution of the
    Category Strategy
    , including negotiation roadmaps, supplier portfolios, and contract execution
  • Monitor and improve category performance across key dimensions:
    Quality, Productivity, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Cost
  • Define and execute corrective action plans when performance gaps are identified
  • Collaborate closely with
    Global Supplier Leaders
    and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Ensure
    iSAVE data quality
    and support Plant Procurement Managers with
    Analysis of Change (AOC)
    consistency
  • Support and actively participate in
    Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Identify and escalate critical risks related to suppliers or category performance to the Category Purchasing Director and relevant stakeholders
  • Strengthen the
    Supplier Business Review
    process, with strong focus on
    strategic and high‑risk suppliers
  • Contribute to and execute the
    Category Strategy
    , including negotiation, business reviews, and contract roadmaps
  • Lead and support
    transversal transformation projects
    , such as:
    • Zero Carbon Projects (TZCP)
    • Asia Sourcing initiatives
    • Quality Programs
    • Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
    • "Power of Two" (PO2)
    • Change of Supplier (CoS) and
      Quality Value Engineering (QVE)
      initiatives
  • Ensure strong performance in
    Compliance and Cash
    management
