Buscamos un Architectural Drafter (Dibujante) especializado en Revit para la producción de planos ejecutivos para permisos en proyectos residenciales.

Este puesto es 100% técnico y de producción, bajo estándares estrictos de oficina.

No es un rol creativo ni conceptual.

Modalidad de trabajo remota inicialmente, con transición a presencial en oficina.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Modelado y desarrollo de planos ejecutivos para permisos
  • Elaboración de as-builts (Planos Existentes de edificio) a partir de información existente
  • Desarrollo de documentación arquitectónica en Revit
  • Implementación precisa de redlines técnicos
  • Coordinación con Project Coordinator
  • Registro y seguimiento de tareas asignadas
  • Cumplimiento de estándares y tiempos de entrega

REQUISITOS

Educación:

  • Licenciatura en Arquitectura o Diseño Arquitectónico

Experiencia:

  • 2 a 4 años en producción de planos ejecutivos
  • Experiencia en proyectos residenciales (preferente)

Edad:

  • 25 a 35 años

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS (OBLIGATORIOS)

  • Revit – nivel avanzado
  • Modelado arquitectónico en Revit
  • Manejo de Phases (Existing / Demolition / Proposed)
  • Uso de View Templates
  • Uso de Keynotes
  • Creación de vistas, láminas y detalles
  • Corrección de redlines
  • Aplicación de estándares de oficina

No se utiliza AutoCAD ni SketchUp para producción

  • Disciplina en dibujo técnico
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones sin desviaciones
  • Buena gestión del tiempo
  • Atención al detalle
  • Apertura a revisiones y retroalimentación
  • Disponibilidad para jornada completa
