Objetivo general del puesto:

Asegurar la trazabilidad completa y confiable del proceso SMT, garantizando el registro preciso de materiales, lotes, parámetros, configuraciones y resultados de inspección, con el fin de mantener la integridad del producto, cumplir con los requisitos del cliente y respaldar la estabilidad del proceso de manufactura electrónica.

Actividades:

  • Desarrollar y mantener los procesos de manufactura SMT para los productos asignados.
  • Desarrollar nuevos procesos SMT para productos que serán fabricados en la planta.
  • Determinar la compra, validación y requerimientos de herramientas y equipos para la introducción de nuevos procesos SMT en la producción de ensamblaje de PCBA's.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo de producción para la resolución de problemas en la manufactura de PCBA's.
  • Construir prototipos y ejecutar análisis de causa raíz para retrabajo de PCBA's.
  • Revisar procesos, métodos y herramientas para implementar operaciones LEAN y mejorar la productividad en la manufactura de PCBA's.
  • Crear procedimientos para el uso de nuevos equipos destinados a los procesos de manufactura de PCBA's.
  • Administrar y operar hornos de reflujo, incluyendo validaciones y actividades de NPI (New Product Introduction).

Requisitos:

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el puesto.
  • Ingeniería (Industrial, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín).
  • Inglés avanzado.
