• Proven experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.Forms in production environments deployed across iOS and Android platforms. (+6 years). - SQL Server - Strong background in mobile performance profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Visual Studio Diagnostic Tools). - Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, threading, and asynchronous programming. Demonstrated experience in implementing mobile caching strategies (e.g., in-memory caching, local storage, HTTP caching). - Experience integrating and troubleshooting third-party SDKs. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. About This Job We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in mobile performance profiling, optimization, and caching strategies. This role is critical to enhancing the performance and reliability of our consumer banking mobile application, built on the .NET MAUI framework and deployed across iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities Utilize mobile app profiling tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Design and implement effective mobile caching strategies to improve responsiveness and reduce load times. Analyze app lifecycle events and their impact on performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements. Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with third-party SDKs and libraries including Daon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynatrace, Shape, Syncfusion, Evo Chat, and Pendo. Apply best practices in dependency injection, memory management, and resource optimization. Deliver meaningful contributions within 4–6 weeks after onboarding. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and past problem-solving approaches. Experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in banking or fintech domains. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Experience with secure coding practices and compliance in financial applications. Knowledge of analytics and user engagement tools.
