About the Role

  • Plan, direct, and control all operations in the assigned location in a manner that provides
    maximum customer service
    while maintaining a
    profitable operation
    and complying with all company standards.
  • Select, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate personnel, including Service Agents, Senior Service Agents, drivers, assistants, and Messengers, to maintain an
    efficient and effective operation
    .
  • Control and effectively utilize labor through
    planning, organizing, and scheduling
    to minimize lost time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budget.
  • Oversee station
    performance reports
    ; conduct internal and vehicle package audits; and monitor package sorting.
  • Ensure
    compliance
    with applicable company operating policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and verify
    delivery records
    , courier pickup manifests, billing documents, case sales summary, and petty cash reports.
  • Ensure
    emergency support
    , adherence to security procedures, compliance with the country's labor legislation, and any other necessary administrative support for the effective functioning of the station.
  • Coordinate
    AOD (Appointment on Demand/Specific Delivery Request) deliveries
    with external ground agents.
  • Provide employees with information regarding
    salaries, benefits, company policies and practices
    , and all other matters related to operations and personnel.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or similiar

English Level

  • Advanced English — C1.
