Quix Service LLC, a leading service Plumbing & Sprinkler provider based in NYC, is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Manager / Dispatcher to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations by managing inbound calls, scheduling jobs, and ensuring seamless coordination with tenants, neighbors, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Act as our client's first point of contact, ensuring all inquiries are addressed professionally and courteously.
  • Job Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service jobs, aligning with client availability and service team capabilities.
  • Coordination: Liaise with tenants, neighbors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, minimize disruptions, and ensure all parties are informed.
  • Customer Service: Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain high verbal and written communication standards to ensure clear and professional interactions at all times.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional English Proficiency: Must possess excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable and confident in handling phone conversations, with a polite and customer-oriented approach.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role is highly desirable, with a proven track record of resolving client concerns and managing scheduling logistics.
  • Team Player: Must be a collaborative team member with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25, $30,000.00 per month
