Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience delivering cloud productivity suite migration or adoption programs with enterprise companies.
  • Experience in project, product, or program management.
  • Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders and willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning the costs of a productivity suite to business value metrics.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting adoption data and usage metrics to provide insights and course-correct OCM efforts.
  • Understanding of Workspace or equivalent products and business-oriented grasp of its principles and potential to translate technical concepts into business value for an executive audience.
  • Ability to track the impact of applying modern collaboration technology to specific domains on business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will be a key partner guiding customers through the process of adopting AI to drive tangible business outcomes. You will work with executive customer stakeholders to reimagine core business functions, designing and implementing new, AI-augmented operating models. You will spearhead critical transformation initiatives that leverage the full potential of Google's AI products and Workspace, ensuring customers don't just adopt technology, but fundamentally evolve how they operate.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the C-levels to identify and prioritize core business areas with the greatest potential for Google AI-driven disruption.
  • Develop the roadmap and business case for transformation and quantifying the expected P&L impact through increased productivity, reduced operational cost, and enhanced security.
  • Stay at the forefront of Google AI advancements to inject new possibilities into the client's transformation journey by rethinking processes from first principles and designing new, cloud-native operating models where modern workplace productivity solutions replace legacy workflows.
  • Design the governance frameworks, security controls and collaboration policies required to ensure secure, compliant, and effective usage of Google AI across the enterprise.
  • Define a compelling goal for the Digital Employee Experience that aligns Workspace capabilities with business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams to translate that goal into a scalable, adopted solution.
