MARKETING MANAGER Liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de la organización a través de marketing digital basado en datos, optimización de funnels de conversión y escalamiento de canales de adquisición, retención y monetización de clientes.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de Growth Marketing enfocada en adquisición, activación, retención y revenue.
• Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar campañas de performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Definir y dar seguimiento a métricas de CAC, LTV, ROI, churn y conversion rate.
• Liderar experimentos de A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) y optimización del funnel.
• Gestionar campañas de email marketing, marketing automation y CRM para aumentar engagement y retención.
• Coordinar al equipo de diseño, contenido, data y tecnología para ejecutar la estrategia de growth.
• Identificar y escalar nuevos canales de adquisición de clientes (paid, orgánicos, alianzas, referrals).
• Elaborar reportes de desempeño y proyecciones de crecimiento para dirección general.
Perfil profesional requerido:
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o afín (posgrado deseable en Digital Business, Marketing o Growth Hacking).
• 6+ años de experiencia en marketing digital y al menos 2 años liderando equipos de Growth o Performance.
• Dominio de herramientas de analítica digital (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Conocimiento avanzado de SEO, SEM, social ads, programmatic y marketing automation.
• Experiencia con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) y herramientas de automatización (Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
• Fuertes habilidades en data-driven marketing, análisis de cohortes y métricas de crecimiento.
• Mentalidad ágil, experimental y orientada a resultados, con alta capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
