What awaits you:

·       Support Cycle Counting through the timely receiving process, grouping materials in the layout, and coordinating warehouse personnel to perform the counts.

·       Ensure the reliability of inventories and receipts for payment and planning procedures.

·       Manage and provide training for warehouse operators, including updating procedures and instruction sheets, and disseminating this information as part of the training.

·       Control obsolete inventory and ensure that material movements are updated in the system.

·       Ensure that transfers between warehouses are carried out on time, correctly, and in the right quantities for production serial numbers and service parts.

·       Coordinate the supply of components and raw materials according to the production plan and work on action plans to reduce and eliminate line downtime due to lack of supply.

·       Supervise and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) in the receiving process and in the placement of components in the different locations of the physical and system warehouse.

·       Ensure daily compliance with the receiving process and optimize the process according to changes generated by operations.

What you'll need to succeed:

·       Bachelor's degree completed

·       Knowledge of SAP

·       Windows PC
