Acerca del puesto:

Buscamos un Lead Network Architect altamente experimentado para diseñar, liderar e implementar soluciones de red avanzadas en un entorno multinacional. El rol combina visión estratégica y liderazgo técnico, asegurando redes seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento que soporten operaciones globales 24/7.

Serás responsable de definir arquitecturas de red complejas, dirigir proyectos críticos y guiar equipos técnicos en la ejecución de soluciones de infraestructura, con enfoque en disponibilidad, seguridad y adopción de tecnologías emergentes (SD-WAN, SDN, Cloud). También aportarás una visión de futuro en la evolución de la infraestructura de voz, video, datos y seguridad, evaluando y aplicando nuevas prácticas y herramientas.

Requisitos principales:

  • 10+ años de experiencia comprobada en diseño, implementación y soporte de redes complejas o multinacionales, en roles de Network Architect, Network Engineer Senior o Network Lead.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en protocolos y tecnologías: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN, SDN, SD-WAN, firewalls y balanceadores de carga.
  • Experiencia en integración e implementación en nubes públicas y entornos híbridos (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Certificaciones relevantes: CCIE, CCNP, Fortinet, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, entre otras.
  • Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Residencia en Nuevo León y disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Monterrey 3 veces por semana.
  • Fluidez en español y alto nivel de inglés.

Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $70, $80,000.00 al mes
