Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Metalurgia o afín. Mínimo 2 años como supervisor en procesos de manufactura, preferentemente en forja o procesos metalmecánicos.

Job Description

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del área de forja, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de productividad, calidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa. Será responsable de liderar al equipo operativo, implementar planes de acción, resolver problemas mediante análisis de causa raíz y colaborar con áreas de soporte para la mejora continua del proceso. Además, deberá generar y presentar reportes diarios de eficiencia al gerente de área, facilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento del plan de producción diario.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución del proceso de forja conforme a estándares establecidos.
  • Monitorear y reportar indicadores clave: productividad, eficiencia, scrap, tiempos muertos, etc.
  • Coordinar al personal operativo del área.
  • Promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro y colaborativo.
  • Realizar análisis de causa raíz ante desviaciones.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a planes de acción.
  • Tomar decisiones operativas basadas en datos.
  • Negociar y coordinar acciones con áreas de soporte.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes diarios de eficiencia.
