Objetivo: Serás responsable de la fidelización de nuestros clientes, seguimiento, retención y atención a cuentas clave
Responsabilidades principales:
- Cotizar y dar seguimiento a compras recurrentes
- Brindar información a los clientes sobre su servicio actual
- Resolver dudas sobre servicios de InvoiceOne
- Entrar en contacto con los clientes más relevantes para conocer su situación
- Retención y recuperación de cartera
Requisitos:
- Formación técnica, licenciaturas o ingenierías a fines comerciales
- Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones tecnológicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y negociación.
- Deseable: experiencia con software de facturación electrónica y conocimiento fiscal
