As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you'll have the opportunity to
empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys
— providing meaningful, one-on-one support through
60-minute video sessions
tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

freelance, fully remote role

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
• Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate closely with Intellect's internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
• Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
• Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary (Tecnoparque, Colonia Santa Bárbara, Delegación Azcapotzalco, Mexico City)
