We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP IBP Consultant based in Mexico to support a high-priority SAP IBP optimization and migration project with on-site presence in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

This role is critical to accelerating value realization from an already live but underutilized SAP IBP solution, reducing dependency on a single key resource, and supporting a strategic business initiative planned for 2026.

Project Details

  • Location: Monterrey, Mexico (on-site)
  • Duration: Approximately 9 months (minimum)
  • Engagement Type: Contract / Consulting

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a hands-on SAP IBP implementer, supporting an existing IBP landscape (non-greenfield).
  • Lead and execute IBP migration, validation, optimization, and adoption activities.
  • Drive improvements across:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Optimization
  • S&OP
  • Ensure IBP processes run effectively in parallel with SAP ERP / S/4HANA programs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to increase IBP usage, maturity, and business value.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional and international teams in Spanish and English.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a SAP IBP Consultant / Implementer.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP IBP already in production (optimization-focused, not greenfield).
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SAP IBP Demand Planning
  • SAP IBP Supply Planning
  • SAP IBP Inventory Optimization
  • SAP IBP S&OP
  • Experience working alongside SAP ERP / S/4HANA environments.
  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory).
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Availability to work on-site in Monterrey, Mexico.

  • Experience in CPG or Manufacturing industries.
  • Track record of accelerating delivery timelines versus large consulting-led programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
