The ideal candidate will be responsible for Project Management and calculation of projects. Coordinates the communication with customers and the project team to deliver all aspects of the project: scope, quality, cost and time schedule to fulfill customer satisfaction. Additionally, he/she provides cost calculations for small projects.
Responsibilities
•
First contact person for the costumer and close coordination and communication with the customer
• Understands and manages a contract: contractual conditions, tender requirements, scope, time schedule and all other deliverables are understood and delegated into the team
• Follow-up of the progress of the activities in the team to ensure the complete and timely provision of the services
• Follow-up and establishment of reports for all reporting aspects (EHS, deadlines, time, cost, scope, project status)
• Monitoring and taking care of cost reporting in SAP – calculating and concluding of contract change or-ders
• Anticipation and identification of risks and implementation of risk mitigation
• Timely escalation of risks and hurdles
• Identification and realization of opportunities
• Participation in the continuous improvement process
• Maintaining a trusting relationship with the customer
• Support of the sales team with expertise and calculations
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical projects realization and/or controlling
• Experience in food technology is a must
• Process engineer in manufacturing – ideally FMCG
• Production management or scheduling
