Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented LinkedIn Content Writer to craft engaging, high-impact content that enhances our brand presence, drives engagement, and positions us as a thought leader in our industry. This role involves writing posts and profiles for company executives, optimizing audience reach, and creating content aligned with business goals and LinkedIn best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and original content for LinkedIn posts and articles.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitors to inform content direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to produce high-impact messaging.
  • Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and conversion using SEO and LinkedIn algorithm best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience writing for LinkedIn (portfolio or profile links required).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native or near-native level).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn formats, tone, trends, and algorithm behavior.
  • Experience in B2B, corporate communications, or personal branding preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics)

Nice to have:

  • Experience ghostwriting for executives or thought leaders.
  • Knowledge of SEO, copywriting frameworks, and content funnels.
  • Basic graphic design skills (like Canva) or familiarity with AI content tools.
  • Experience writing for industries such as Remodeling, Construction and Call Centers.
