About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our delivery team on a 6-month contract assignment, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and project needs.
In this role, you will work on Salesforce implementations and enhancements for international projects, collaborating closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders. All project communication is conducted in English, so strong English proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard Salesforce configuration.
- Collaborate within Agile / Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate functional requirements and user stories into high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, documentation, and testing.
- Manage assigned tasks proactively, meeting sprint commitments and delivery deadlines.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.
- Identify potential risks and propose technical improvements or optimizations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or related).
- Hands-on experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and automation tools, Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience working in Agile methodologies / sprint-based delivery models.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of commitment to results and delivery quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX).
- Familiarity with Salesforce cloud solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Pardot / Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM), Data Cloud (Customer 360), and Agentforce.

- Residency Requirement: Must live in or be legally resident in Mexico
