Buscamos un Principal Quality Plant Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad Juarez (Juarez I - Parque IntermexI)

Lo que puedes esperar como Principal Quality Plant Engineer:


•    Seguimiento a quejas de cliente, 


•    Cumplimiento de indicadores en piso de producción (MSA, FTQ,)


•    Coordinación de su personal a cargo para asegurar la calidad del producto 


•    Cumplimiento de los estándares y auditorias existentes (IATF, Core tools)


•    Análisis de hallazgos de calidad de auditorías internas y externas para su posterior cierre

Tu perfil como Principal Quality Plant Engineer:


•    Escolaridad Ingeniería, cualquier opción / +5 años de experiencia como Ingeniero en el área de calidad 


•     Experiencia en la Industria Automotriz deseable /   Bilingüe Inglés-Español, mínimo 70%  


•    Conocimiento en procesos de manufactura área electrónica, Indispensable experiencia en SMT


•    Técnicas de Solución de Problemas y toma de decisiones


•    Liderazgo del equipo multifuncional / Conocimiento en los estándares de IPC deseable (610, 620, 830)


•    Conocimiento de ESD / ANSI y estándares de la industria electrónica. /   Conocimiento en MSD y estándares de conservación de componentes electrónicos. 


•    Conocimiento y aplicación de IATF 16949 /    CORE TOOLS: Conocimiento intermedio a avanzado (MSA, SPC, CONTROL PLAN etc)


•     Conocimiento básico en cuartos limpios y de ambiente controlado
