con mentalidad analítica, visión global, enfoque obsesivo en resultados y pasión por la innovación. Buscamos a alguien que construya, ejecute y optimice estrategias a medida — desde el diagnóstico hasta la conversión — para e-commerce, B2B y marketplaces, tanto en México como en USA.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Diseñar estrategias 360° adaptadas a cada cliente: investigación, buyer personas, customer journey.
  • Planear, lanzar y optimizar campañas SEO, SEM, Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) y publicidad en
    marketplaces
    (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart México, etc.).
  • Configurar, rastrear y optimizar conversiones: implementación de píxeles, eventos personalizados, Conversion API, seguimiento en plataformas e-commerce (WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify).
  • Monitorear métricas clave: tráfico, conversión, CAC, ROAS, LTV, engagement; detectar desviaciones y proponer mejoras.
  • Realizar benchmarking, análisis competitivo y vigilancia de tendencias.
  • Coordinar con equipos internos (diseño, contenido, desarrollo, automatización) para asegurar ejecución correcta y coherente del plan.
  • Preparar presentaciones, roadmaps y reportes ejecutivos para clientes y dirección.
  • Proponer y experimentar con nuevas plataformas, herramientas o canales según perfil de cliente.

Perfil requerido

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Estrategia Digital o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años liderando estrategias de marketing digital en agencias o entornos similares.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Google Analytics (ideal GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), analítica web, data-driven marketing.
  • Manejo de plataformas de ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) + experiencia en publicidad para
    marketplaces
    .
  • Experiencia técnica en configuración de tiendas online (WooCommerce / Shopify) y en implementación de tracking/píxeles/conversiones.
  • Mentalidad analítica + creatividad estratégica + habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Deseable: nivel avanzado de inglés, experiencia en proyectos B2B y/o internacionales, certificaciones en Ads/Analytics.
