Materials Leader

Utilize your expertise by monitoring SAP master data (transaction 09), ensuring data accuracy, and tracking inventory levels to support operational efficiency. Manage ECOs, from a Materials standpoint, minimizing obsolescence impact.

Manage EOLs from a Materials standpoint, minimizing obsolescence impact of FG and non-shared components.

Managing effectivity dates on ECOs to reduce, inform and graphic, trend of obsolescence and excess inventories.

Manages Supply Chain NPI processes including monitor of new components Purchasing related to NPI

Follow up E&O report.

Follow up KPI related to Excess & Obsolete.

Work and team up with key players to effectively improve inventory controls and reduce obsolescence while sustaining high service levels.

Inventory tracking to uncover opportunities of improvement and keep inventories aligned with company's goals.

Work effectively on the inventory optimization projects that will represent savings and/or process improvement, that were stablished by the Materials department.

Controls IDR process. (Inventory Disposition Request)

Analyzing and approval of inventory adjustments from the Materials side.

Support all Environmental, Health and Safety activities duties assigned by Plant Management support business operations.

Support and provide results about training and awareness of employees in the objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements and operational controls to raise awareness about caring for the environment.

Actively participates in the 5S+1 Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program regulations and carrying out the activities that are required as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the committee.

Actively participates in Safety and Environment Systems, ensuring compliance with the systems requirements and requirements in the course of the activities in which it is involved.

Performs work assignment in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner.

Develops other activities assigned by management to support business operations.

Ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system and the availability of the resources necessary to achieve it.

Conduct in accordance with the guidelines of the quality policy and ensure that it is communicated and understood at all levels.

Define quality objectives, communicate them to all applicable levels and actively participate in achieving them.

• Performing detailed analysis.

YOU MUST HAVE:

 

• 5 years experience as Materials Planning or supervisor
• Fluent English
• SAP expertice
• Tracking inventory 
• Finance basics
