- COMPRAS DE ARTICULOS DE LIMPIEZA, PAPELERIA,
- ORGANIZACION DE REUNIONES (ACOMODAR SILLAS, COLOCAR PROYECTOR, COMPRA DE INSUMOS)
- LLENADO DE REPORTE MENSUAL POR LA REALIZACION DE COMPRAS/SERVICIOS/MANTENIMIENTOS
- COMPROBACION DE COMPRAS REALIZADAS (FACTURACION DE TICKETS)
- BUSQUEDA DE PROVEEDORES, LLENADO DE FORMATO DE COMPARACIONES DE COTIZACIONES
- PAGOS FIJOS A PRESTADORES DE SERVICIOS (GARRAFONES DE AGUA, RECOLECCION DE BASURA)
- RESERVA HOTELES
- COMPRA DE DE VUELOS, AUTOBUSES, AUTOMOVILES
