Propósito del puesto

Implementar el plan comercial y las estrategias de mercado de Biowell Center para lograr el crecimiento sostenido en ventas, posicionamiento y expansión del mercado meta de los servicios de bienestar integral que ofrece la clínica.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Implementación del pricing: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios competitivos y rentables para los distintos servicios, garantizando alineación con los objetivos financieros del centro.
  • Expansión del mercado meta: Diseñar e implementar estrategias para ampliar la base de clientes, incluyendo corporativos, pacientes recurrentes y nuevos segmentos de alto poder adquisitivo.
  • Ventas de servicios: Promocionar activamente los servicios, asegurando una experiencia premium y personalizada para cada cliente.
  • Gestión digital de redes y CRM: Utilizar plataformas digitales, CRM (SAP, Oracle, Contpaq, etc.) y redes sociales para administrar oportunidades de venta, seguimiento de clientes y campañas de conversión.
  • Estrategia comercial y reporte de resultados: Presentar reportes periódicos de avance comercial, indicadores de conversión y resultados de campañas, contribuyendo con propuestas de mejora continua.

Perfil del candidato ideal

Formación: Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, o carrera afin.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años en ventas, desarrollo comercial o estrategia de mercado.
  • Experiencia comprobable en manejo profesional de CRM (SAP, Oracle, Contpaq, etc.).
  • Deseable experiencia en sectores salud, bienestar o servicios premium.

Competencias:

  • Planeación estratégica y pensamiento analítico.
  • Enfoque en resultados y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación de alto nivel.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales, marketing y seguimiento postventa.

Ubicación: León, Guanajuato.
