What You'll Be Doing- Lead multiple new product development projects, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate major milestones, assigning tasks and monitoring deliverables to meet project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with external entities, serving as the main point of contact for project status and changes.
- Conduct meetings to keep teams and management informed, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure project financials align with budget plans, contributing to our profitability goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding component functions.
- Experience in project management, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control methodologies.
- Strong skills in project management software like MS Project and Earned Value Management.
- Leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
