We're building a high-performing investment team to lead the deployment of our fund in Latin America. The role combines end-to-end ownership—from sourcing and evaluating deals to driving them through investment committee and supporting portfolio growth. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a leading venture platform in the region.

• Managing the investment pipeline and evaluate new opportunities.

• Conducting industry research to identify trends and risks.

• Performing financial analysis, including building and updating financial models.

• Preparing clear, descriptive materials to support investment cases.

• Collaborating with the senior Global Investment team, Strategy, and other departments to guide decision-making.

• Delivering detailed reports and recommendations based on rigorous analysis.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Finance knowledge and experience
• Financial Modeling experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in financial industry is a plus region
