Te invitamos a formar parte de nuestro gran equipo de trabajo como Business Development Executive para nuestros usuarios VIP aquí en Caliente Interactive, atendiendo correos electrónicos, chats y llamadas de jugadores en la página Caliente.MX.

El objetivo principal es ofrecer un servicio exclusivo y personalizado a clientes VIP mediante atención en medios digitales, llamadas, chats y correos, garantizando rapidez y calidad en cada interacción, al mismo tiempo que se genera confianza y se fortalece la relación para asegurar su satisfacción y lealtad con la marca.

* R E Q U I S I T O S: *

-ESTUDIOS: Licenciatura concluida o trunca.

-Inglés intermedio o avanzado

-Excelente nivel de ortografía

-Disponibilidad de horarios rotativos (Matutino, Vespertino y Nocturno)

-Experiencia en atención a clientes premium o VIP

-Experiencia en ventas, cierres y retención de clientes (deseable)

-Facilidad de palabra y excelente actitud

-Capacidad de analizar problemáticas y resolución de problemas

-Habilidades sociales con excelente presencia y comunicación.

-Ganas de aprender y crecer dentro de la empresa

-Conocimientos en computación

-Puntualidad y asistencia

-Excelente presentación

-Conocimiento de deportes
