Buscamos un Data Analyst / Data Engineer con fuerte orientación analítica y capacidad para transformar datos en información accionable. La persona ideal domina SQL, Python, Power BI y modelos de datos, y cuenta además con conocimientos en Spark para el procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de información.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseño, construcción y optimización de procesos ETL/ELT utilizando SQL y/o Spark.
  • Limpieza, transformación y análisis de datos para generar KPIs y métricas accionables.
  • Desarrollo de dashboards en Power BI, incluyendo modelado semántico, DAX y mejores prácticas de visualización.
  • Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos: tendencias, variaciones, pronósticos y análisis de performance.
  • Documentación de fuentes, mapeos, lógica de negocio y procesos aplicados en los datasets.
  • Apoyo en el modelado de datos para data lake y data warehouse (estructuras, capas, diccionarios).
  • Automatización de procesos y consultas en Python (idealmente con Pandas o PySpark).

Requisitos

  • +2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, BI o roles similares de data engineering.
  • Dominio avanzado de SQL (consultas complejas, joins, CTEs, funciones ventana).
  • Experiencia sólida en Power BI para visualizaciones y modelado.
  • Conocimientos en Python para análisis y automatización.
  • Manejo de Spark / PySpark para integración y procesamiento de datos en entornos tipo lake.
  • Excel intermedio–avanzado.
  • Contar con equipo propio para trabajar.

Deseables (no excluyentes)

  • Experiencia con Azure Databricks, ADF o Synapse.
  • Conocimientos en Power Query / Power Platform.
  • Bases en estadística, pronósticos o machine learning.
  • Experiencia generando insights y KPIs relevantes para negocio.
