About the role:

We are seeking talented, bilingual individuals passionate about investment banking, particularly M&A, to join our Investment Banking (M&A) Internship Program. This part-time program, based in our Monterrey office, requires a minimum one-year commitment and starts in January 2026.

As a Junior Analyst, you will have at least one year of an amazing experience learning from seasoned bankers, being an important part of different mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects, and you will be responsible for accomplishing different tasks.

About your tasks and responsibilities:

·Research, analyze and interpret financial data

·Perform industry and valuation research

·Prepare and review materials used in active deals, including pitchbooks

·Support analysts and associates in performing various valuation methods such as comparable companies and precedent transactions

·Assist in building strategic business analysis and conducting detailed industry research

·Support client and buyer/target fronting

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Hard skills:

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, administration, engineering, or related fields, with at least one year remaining until graduation

·Advanced English (Cambridge C1 or above a plus) Must have this qualification

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

·Ideal to have preliminary understanding and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, DCF)

Soft skills:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Outstanding attention to detail

·The best energy and drive to work in a dynamic environment to be able to work under pressure, strict deadlines, and frequent priority changes

·Proactive, autodidact, quick learner, and results-oriented

·Creative analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions
