The ROLE

You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will play pivotal role in supporting our team in finding the best talent on the market and making sure that our recruitment process and candidate experience are second to none.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source, screen and occasionally interview candidates
• Recruitment process coordination: interview scheduling, post-interview follow-up and candidate corespondence
• Utilise a variety of sourcing strategies in order to identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles ranging from data consultants, technical and corporate roles
• Reach out to potential candidates in order to present them with new job opportunities
• Build a pipeline of future talent through market research and continuous networking

WHAT IT TAKES

• Previous experience in recruiting or HR would be a plus
• Intersted in building a career in Talent Acquisition
• Natural communicator and relationship builder
• Inquisitive, likes to research and problem solve
• Organised and able to work on multiple projects at any given time
