hands-on execution role inside Revenue Operations
.

hybrid role
, but
regular in-office presence is mandatory

What you'll do
- Execute customer onboarding end-to-end
- Make sure every customer gets activated properly
- Respond to customers quickly and clearly
- Operate RevOps workflows (CRM, automations, playbooks)
- Keep data clean and execution tight
- Identify issues early and escalate with context
- Automate repetitive CX / RevOps tasks
- Ensure processes actually run, every day
This role is about
execution, follow-through, and ownership
.
How success is measured
- Onboarding completion and speed
- Activation rate (real usage, not logins)
- Response time and resolution quality
- Process compliance
- Reduction of manual work through automation
- Signal quality for RevOps and Product
This role is for you if
- You like execution and closing loops
- You're structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- You're comfortable with CRMs and operational tools
- You can handle customer communication and internal ops
- You want to grow into RevOps / Ops leadership
- You don't need hand-holding to deliver

- You avoid accountability

- Hybrid setup with mandatory in-office presence

Revenue Operations system - Daily collaboration with Sales, CX, and Product
