Propósito del puesto

Ser la voz estratégica, creativa y emocional de México Travel Channel en redes sociales.

Transformar cada plataforma en una ventana al país, conectando tendencias, storytelling y

cultura mexicana para construir una comunidad activa, orgullosa y en crecimiento.

Responsabilidades principales

  1. Estrategia & Gestión de Redes

-Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar el calendario semanal de contenido.

-Mantener una identidad visual coherente con el branding actualizado del canal.

-Administrar y publicar contenido en Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube y X.

-Implementar campañas de engagement, tendencias y dinámicas ( trivias, UGC, etc.).

  1. Creatividad & Contenido

-Redactar captions con narrativa emocional, estilo editorial y storytelling.

-Proponer ideas creativas alineadas a la estética MTC (retro, mexicano, bold,

maximalista).

-Coordinarse con diseño para asegurar calidad visual en carruseles, reels y videos.

-Curar y seleccionar fotos enviadas por la comunidad

  1. Análisis & Crecimiento

-Monitorear KPIs: engagement, alcance, crecimiento, CTR y tendencias semanales.

-Realizar reportes semanales de desempeño.

-Implementar propuestas de mejora basadas en datos.

  1. Relación con la Comunidad

-Responder mensajes y comentarios con tono cercano, cálido y estratégico.

-Detectar oportunidades de interacción con influencers, artistas, marcas y

comunidades.

-Gestionar mensajes de usuarios que buscan dónde ver México Travel Channel.

  1. PR Digital & Tendencias

-Rastreo diario de tendencias relevantes para turismo, cultura pop y México.

-Proponer oportunidades de colaboración con creadores.

-Asistir a eventos clave cuando sea necesario para cobertura estratégica (no

operativa)

Perfil deseado

Formación

-Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo, Diseño o afines.

Experiencia

-2–4 años en gestión de redes sociales para marcas medianas o grandes.

-Experiencia en contenido visual y storytelling cultural es un plus.

-Experiencia previa en medios, lifestyle o entretenimiento (deseable).

Competencias técnicas

-Dominio de Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook y YouTube.

-Conocimiento de tendencias digitales, IA generativa básica, apps de edición

(CapCut).

-Capacidad para estructurar calendarios, reportes y flujos de contenido.

-Excelente ortografía, redacción y criterio editorial.

-Nociones de SEO y optimización de contenido.

-Proactividad y criterio propio.

-Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con rapidez y calidad.

-Orden, responsabilidad y enfoque multitasking.

-Pasión por México, su cultura, turismo e identidad visual.

-Curiosidad constante: qué está pasando, quién está hablando y qué se está

moviendo en redes.

KPIs del rol

-Engagement rate semanal.

-Crecimiento mensual por plataforma.

-Aumento del alcance orgánico.

-Tasa de participación en dinámicas de comunidad.

-Tráfico dirigido a la web o plataformas donde se transmite MTC.

-Calidad y consistencia visual del feed.
