Requisitos
- Carrera: Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto
- Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en construcción civil y naves industriales
- Mínimo 3 años en mantenimiento general de inmuebles - deseable Mantenimiento de parques industriales
- Conocimiento en procesos constructivos, acabados, instalaciones y normativas aplicables
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y coordinar contratistas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
- Residir en Nuevo León
- Inglès intermedio-avanzado
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar y coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en naves industriales y áreas comunes
- Dar seguimiento a reportes de vicios ocultos y asegurar soluciones en tiempo y forma
- Ser el enlace directo con clientes, atendiendo solicitudes e incidencias
- Validar reparaciones en obra civil, instalaciones eléctricas, hidráulicas, sanitarias y sistemas especiales (SCI, HVAC, etc.)
- Coordinar y supervisar contratistas y técnicos, garantizando calidad, seguridad y normatividad aplicable
- Elaborar reportes técnicos, bitácoras y evidencias fotográficas
- Apoyar en procesos de entrega y recepción de naves con levantamiento de punch list
