The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's hungry to build, experiment, and lead. You'll work alongside a small, elite team building next-generation property software used by thousands of professionals across the U.S. You'll have freedom to own projects end-to-end, propose improvements, and shape the future of our stack.

What You'll Do

  • Build, ship, and scale modern web applications using , TypeScript, and React
  • Deploy and optimize serverless apps on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase, Cloud Functions, Cloudflare Workers)
  • Collaborate directly with design, product, and leadership to plan and execute features fast
  • Take ownership of technical direction on major projects — from architecture to deployment
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose better systems, tools, or workflows

What You Bring

  • Solid experience with , TypeScript, and modern React architecture
  • Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with Firebase or Google Cloud (serverless / real-time data)
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality — balancing speed with clean, maintainable code
  • Natural problem-solver who can work independently and with the team
  • Comfortable thriving in a high-pressure, fast-iteration startup environment
  • (Bonus) Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior devs
