Senior PLC Engineer – StartecX Automation México

 
Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (On-site | Long-term)

Startecx is a Silicon Valley–based automation company (Fremont, CA) with engineering and manufacturing operations in China, Vietnam and Mexico. We build high-precision automated production lines for global customers.

We are building our 
long-term LATAM engineering hub in Ciudad Juárez
 and are looking for a 
Senior PLC Engineer
 who wants to 
grow with the site, not just pass through it
.

What you will do

  • Own and debug 
    automated production lines
     (PLC + Robots + Vision)
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs (Mitsubishi)
  • Integrate robots, conveyors, vision systems and MES
  • Support 
    FVT, Dry Run, Mini-Run and customer acceptance
  • Work directly with engineering teams in 
    USA, China and Vietnam

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years
     of experience in industrial automation
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting on 
    real production lines
  • Experience with 
    robots and machine vision integration
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor, not just at a desk
  • Committed to living and growing in Ciudad Juárez long-term
