About The Team
We are seeking a
Manager / Senior Manager, Delivery Operations
to lead and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers within Snorkel's Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and throughput with our expert contributors, scaling processes, and ensuring that our delivery teams consistently meet customer requirements with quality and timeliness.

This is a people-leadership role that balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll empower Delivery Operations Managers to deliver at scale, emphasizing expert activation, training, and quality management for our contributors. About The Role

• Lead and develop the Production Manager team: hire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing ICs to execute on data delivery projects.
• Drive operational excellence: oversee project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of customer datasets.
• Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with research, engineering, GTM, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and unblock delivery challenges.
• Optimize processes: identify and implement improvements to workflows, quality assurance, and pipeline monitoring.
• Ensure customer success: translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans and hold teams accountable for execution.
• Report and communicate: provide updates and insights to the Head of Delivery and senior leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

About You

• Experience: 5+ years in delivery operations, program management, or related fields, with at least 1–3 years of people leadership.
• Leadership skills: proven ability to coach, mentor, and scale a team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Operational mindset: track record of driving process improvements and delivering on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Communication skills: ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving ability: proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges and managing ambiguity.
• Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in data, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Exposure to customer-facing delivery or field operations.

This is a remote position based in Mexico. To support global hiring, this role will be employed through our Employer of Record partner. You will be a full-time Snorkel employee, fully integrated into our team and culture.
