Senior IT Analyst SAP
Self-motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level SAP Analyst to join our growing SAP team. This role is ideal for professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in enterprise systems and digital transformation. You'll work alongside experienced SAP professionals to support system configuration, Go-Live Projects, user training, and business process analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance testing and confirmations of SAP modules (e.g., QM,PP, MM, SD)
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting tasks at the plant level
- Help document business processes and system workflows
- Participate in all system testing and troubleshooting for daily work at plant level
- Provide first-level support to SAP users and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Support SAP-related projects and act as on-site project coordinator for SAP core team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of business processes (production planning, supply chain, quality, program management)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools
- SAP certification or coursework is a plus
