Position Summary
Ensure product quality through process improvement, control and monitoring of processes and procedures that impact product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation on preparation of First Article Inspections (FAI) / Test Report.
  • Support on the creation and maintenance of Control Plan and FMEA
  • Validate final product audits for customer requirements.
  • Responsible for the request of shipping approval to the customers.
  • Support in external third parties and customers Quality System audits.
  • Monitoring of the Scrap performance of the plant.
  • Monitoring of the of the plant Calibration Equipment.
  • Responsible of Quality Inspectors team
  • Responsible of the NCMR process and MRB meetings.
  • Responsible for the communication to external customer for quality concerns.
  • Creation and monitoring of Customer Complaints.
  • Support to quality process Issues.
  • Support in the training and follow up on the Quality inspectors' categories.
  • Creation of quality internal Std work, procedures, and Visual Aids.
  • Creation and follow up to Corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support in the internal audits process.
  • Participation in HPT teams during the year.
  • Participation in Security Brigade activities.
  • Training the personal in the quality requirements of the plant.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality areas and ISO Systems

English level:
Advanced English
