PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop production team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (IATF 16949, ISO, and internal procedures).
  • Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving activities.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve production issues.
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
