Sales Support Coordinator – Data & Analytics (SSC)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative, reporting, and analytical support to our Sales and Leadership teams.

This role focuses on data processing and reporting—leveraging tools such as Alteryx, advanced Excel, and Salesforce. It's ideal for a proactive, reliable professional who enjoys working with data, creating clear insights for stakeholders, and helping others be more effective and efficient, with strong expectations for accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal databases, spreadsheets) using Alteryx and advanced Excel.

  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards on sales performance, pipeline, customer usage, and other key metrics.

  • Perform data quality checks and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of lead, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce.

  • Analyze trends and provide clear, concise summaries or visualizations to support decision-making by Sales and Leadership.

  • Manage post-sale activities such as follow-ups, onboarding call setup, and administrative support for product/service implementation, including tracking adoption and usage data where relevant.

About You

You're a fit for this role if you:

  • A finished Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, operations, or business analytics (internships or academic projects count).

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, basic automation).

  • Practical experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for managing leads, accounts, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with data preparation tools like Alteryx (or willingness to learn quickly) and comfort working with large data sets.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to learn new tools and processes fast.
