Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in San José del Cabo, BCS. The Sales Agent will engage with prospective clients to promote and sell memberships, delivering exceptional customer service to create an outstanding experience. Key responsibilities include conducting personalized sales presentations, building relationships with potential clients, assessing their needs, and crafting tailored membership solutions. Collaboration with team members, dedication to achieving sales goals, and staying informed about Vida Vacations' offerings are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build rapport and provide support to clients.
- Proven Sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or services, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Understanding of Insurance and related products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in Training others or being receptive to ongoing professional development.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative on-site team environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Spanish, is highly beneficial.
- High level of motivation, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering results.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
