Required Skills:

  • + 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (preferred).
  • Personnel management
  • Effective communication.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic SAP proficiency.
  • Office skills.

General Functions:

  • Compliance with the daily production plan.
  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with management to set production targets and establish goals for the production team.
  • Meet the overtime budget.
  • Meet the plant's quality objectives for complaints, FTQ, and CoPQ.
  • Develop assigned personnel.
  • Monitoring and implementation of defined safety, personnel, quality, and operational systems.
  • Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize operations.
  • Analyzing production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to understand the performance of your team and machines.
