We're Hiring Supplier Quality Engineer (SQA) – RealTruck, Guadalajara, Jalisco

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure raw materials and components meet specifications through inspections and supplier audits.
- Develop visual and dimensional inspection methods for components.
- Manage non-conforming product and corrective actions with suppliers.
- Support PPAP submissions and IMDS approvals for new products or engineering changes.
- Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers from a quality perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive industry (preferred).
- Advanced English (oral and written) for direct communication with suppliers and customers.
- Knowledge of Core Tools, IATF 16949, and metrology/MSA.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Preferred:
- Experience with supplier scorecards and audits.
- Familiarity with IMDS and PPAP processes.
- Availability for occasional travel (valid passport and visa required).
